Andrea joined the OYYA staff in Nov. of 2001 and has served as Coordinator of Young Adolescent Ministry and Vicariate Coordinator of Philadelphia. In October of 2007, she took on the role of Assistant Director of Parish Youth Ministry.

Kathleen Pfeffer has been a member of the OYYA staff since 1990.  She worked with Parish Youth Ministry as Special Events and Jr. High Coordinator, and has worked with CSC since 2000.  The Community Service
Corps not only offers archdiocesan programming for high school CSC students, but also provides support and meaningful resources to assist the CSC Moderator at the local level.

Brian joined OYYA as Assistant Director for
Parish Youth Ministry in October, 2005 and moved to head up Athletic Ministry in July, 2006. The Athletic Ministry Department oversees the structure of the CYO sports program, runs Coaches Orientation Trainings, holds an Annual Athletic Ministry Conference for all parishes, and is an internal and external advocate for sports as a vital ministry.

Abbie Langsdorf is a graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville.  Abbie has worked in the area of youth and young adult ministry since 2001 in both the Archdioceses of Philadelphia and Baltimore.  She is passionate about helping others, especially young adults, develop a deep relationship with Christ.

Pat Antonacci has been a member of the OYYA Staff since 1979.  She is currently the office manager and Scouting Coordinator.  Her role now encompasses organizing and keeping the office running efficiently and coordinating the efforts of the Catholic Committees for Scouts and adults in increasing their faith formation through programs, trainings, Masses, retreats, etc.

Kerri has been the Vicariate Coordinator for Bucks County since January 2007. Her role is to assist, support and encourage those working with youth in the Vicariate to develop a comprehensive plan for the spiritual, emotional, and social formation of youth and young adults.

Jennifer Byrd joined the staff of OYYA in August of 2004.  Her role is to assist, support and encourage those working with youth in the Chester Vicariate to develop a comprehensive plan for spiritual and social formation of youth and young adults.

Maria Richardson joined the staff of OYYA in August of 2004.  Her role is to assist, support and encourage those working with youth in the
Montgomery County Vicariate to develop a comprehensive plan for spiritual and social formation of youth and young adults.

Maria Reyes joined the staff of OYYA in 2007 as Coordinator for Hispanic Ministry after working as a social worker for two years with Catholic Social Services at Casa Del Carmen. Maria serves as a "hands on" coordinator and animator of pastoral outreach and ministry to youth and young adults in the Hispanic community.
